What to Include in Your Quote Request
Accurate inputs produce accurate pricing. The more of the following you provide, the faster we can confirm a rate instead of asking follow-up questions.
- Cargo details: weight, dimensions or volume (CBM), number of cartons or pallets, and commodity type. For LCL, volume drives cost; for air, chargeable weight does.
- Origin and destination: supplier city in China and the delivery address or destination port.
- Mode preference: express courier, air, ocean FCL/LCL, or rail — or tell us your deadline and let us recommend.
- Timeline: cargo ready date and required delivery window.
- Terms: whether you need DDP, DDU, or port-to-port, and whether customs clearance and duties should be included.
- Special handling: labeling, repacking, QC checks, consolidation from multiple suppliers, or FBA preparation.

Typical ranges: express courier 3-7 days; air freight 5-10 days; ocean freight from China to US West Coast or Europe 25-40 days; rail from China to Europe 18-25 days; US domestic trucking 3-7 days. Final rates and times are confirmed at quotation.
